Stage 6 of 7
Methodology
Stage 6
Small Experiments:
Making It Happen
Purpose of this stage
To turn your idea into action by identifying the people, resources and practical steps needed to deliver a successful small-scale experiment.
Even the smallest ideas require a little planning. Taking time to think through the practicalities will make your experiment safer, easier to deliver and more likely to succeed. Don't aim for perfection—aim to remove the barriers that might prevent your idea from happening. The goal is to create a realistic plan that allows you to test, learn and build momentum.
