Stage 7 of 7
Methodology
Stage 7
Evaluate + Plan The Next Iteration
Purpose of this stage
Repeat Joy-CHEC, gather feedback, learn, and prepare for the next iteration.
Evaluation is part of the method, not an afterthought. Repeat the Joy-CHEC, compare what changed, and gather feedback from the people most affected.
Where possible, always triangulate the data with 2 other pieces of data. For example: qualitative feedback, and footfall numbers.
